Got a question?

The things trades ask us most. Anything else, book a free demo and ask us yourself.

Do my customers need to sign up?
No. Your customers get a private link to their job page. No account, no password.
Can my customers pay by card through the app?
No. Your invoices show your bank details and your customers pay you directly. We don't take a cut and we never touch your money.
Do you see how much I earn?
No. We don't add up your invoices, show totals or keep track of your income. The app is for running your jobs, not your books.
How long does it take to get set up?
A few minutes. Add your business details and your first customer, and you're ready to send a quote. No training needed.
Can I use it wherever I work?
Yes. The Trade Base works for trades anywhere in the UK. All you need is your phone, tablet or computer.
Can I add my staff?
Yes, free. Add as many staff as you need and choose what each one can do.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel any time.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your data is kept safe. Subscribe again any time and it's all back, exactly as you left it.
